My name is William, and I’m proud to be a patient access advocate. My journey with Cone Health actually began before I became an employee. Back in 2015, I was admitted to the hospital, and the care I received was nothing short of exceptional. From my time as a patient to my experience with at-home care, the process was handled with professionalism and compassion.
