Medical Lab Technician 

I’m Madison, a medical lab technician with three years of experience working in the blood bank at Cone Health. Being part of a team that ensures we have transfusions ready for those in need and matching them with compatible blood gives me a profound sense of fulfillment. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that what I do has the potential to save lives.

Despite the seriousness of our work, we manage to infuse a lot of fun into our daily tasks while maintaining a strong work ethic. This balance fosters a tight-knit community here at Cone Health. It’s uplifting to work for an organization that values its team members. Feeling appreciated makes me reciprocate that value, creating mutual respect.

Having a support system is crucial, and at Cone Health, there’s a genuine sense of community that extends beyond our work. It makes a world of difference to know I have someone to turn to if I’m facing any challenges.
