Nurse Technician

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field. With both my parents being doctors, our dinner table conversations often revolved around health. At 22, I officially started my journey as a nurse technician, and I was eager to make a difference for others.

One of the things I love about working at Cone Health is the emphasis on teamwork. We all come together to get things done, especially when one of us is busy with a patient and another patient needs help. It’s common for nurses to step in and assist, even if it’s not part of their assignment. This collaborative environment not only enhances patient care but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among us.

Looking ahead, I aspire to attend nursing school and earn my nursing degree so I can help people even more. It’s incredibly rewarding when patients express their appreciation, even in difficult times. Being able to support and improve our community is something I find deeply fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing this journey in health care.
