For almost three years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of an incredibly cohesive team at Cone Health. One of the aspects I cherish most about my team is our ability to come together seamlessly. Everyone’s voice is heard, and I truly feel valued. This sense of empowerment allows me to utilize my skills to their fullest potential every day.

When I first joined Cone Health, I had minimal experience. However, the leadership team welcomed me with open arms and provided numerous opportunities to expand my skill set. Being one of hundreds in the pharmacy department, it felt great to have leaders who focused on my tasks and personal growth. Their support has truly shaped me into a better professional and person.
