Home is supposed to be a safe space for infants and children, however, there are dangers in the home we should all be aware of to keep our kids safe. Every year, 3.5 million infants and children go to the emergency department for the kinds of injuries that happen in the home. Additionally, 2,200 infants and children die from injuries sustained in the home.
