A Phase 3, Multicenter, Double-blind, Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Parallel-group Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of CSL112 in Subjects with Acute Coronary Syndrome)

This study is a randomized, placebo controlled double blinded study that will evaluate the effect of empagliflozin (an approved agent for heart failure) on reducing hospitalization for heart failure and death in patients with heart attack.

This study will evaluate the relationship between noninvasive coronary tomography angiography and information obtained at the time of clinically indicated heart catheterization in which clinically indicated intravascular ultrasound of coronary plaque is performed.

This study is a randomized, double blinded study that will evaluate the safety and efficacy of the subcutaneous P2Y12 inhibitor selatogrel self-administered for the prevention of all-cause death and treatment of acute myocardial infarction in subjects with a recent history of acute myocardial infarction.
